Improving the health of your immune system involves five main areas.
First, your diet and the foods you consume as well as what you drink.
Second using the right supplements. While there are some supplements that are good for everyone, it’s also important to know your own body and what you need or have deficiencies in.
Third improving your gut health. Many people don’t realize that the health of your gut and the health of your immune system are directly connected, but they are. If you have gut and digestive issues, then your immune system isn’t as healthy as it could be.
Fourth reducing stress. Stress is the source of a lot of illness and it also weakens your immune system.
Fifth- Actively working to improve and balance your immune system with things such as exercise, avoiding sugar and more.
