Gluten free gifts for Christmas can be challenging and yet when you are gluten free you need to make sure that anyone who is giving you a Christmas gift gives you gifts that are gluten free. This is espcially tricky when it comes to gifts from people like coworkers, neightbors, church and others who often give gifts that involve food.

7- Gluten free online training course- Help your gift recipent learn better how to live a gluten free lifestyle.

8- Gluten free spices mix- You can find a lot of different ones.

9- A Collection of your favorite gluten free recipes- If you are also gluten free, then you can share your favorities and the person will like very much love and appreciate them.

10- Brazilian Cheese Bread- yes this is gluten free and you can often find it frozen at the grocery store.

11- Help with meal planning- another useful and helpful gluten free Christmas gift.

12- Coaching with a health coach or nutritionist who specializes in gluten free- I do this or you can find several others.

13- Chips and Salsa

14- A cooking pan or other cooking utensil

15- Digestive enzymes to help them digest their food better or deal with accidentally getting glutened.

16- Peppermint, Ginger or Fennel essential oils-These are great for stomach and digestive support.

17- Probiotics– another great option to help with gut health.
