Have you ever tried journaling prompts for mental clarity? I tried this for the first time years ago and now I like to do it at least three times per week. I’ve found that is is one of the best ways to achieve mental clarity and to focus and concentrate on the changes you want to make in your life and what intentions you want to make a reality. If you haven’t ever tried journaling prompts, then I highly recommend you start today.

Here are some of my favorite journaling prompts for mental clarity:

  1. What is the number one most important thing I need to do today?
  2. What are three things I am grateful for right now?
  3. On a scale of 1 to 10, how am I feeling and what can I do to improve my feelings?
  4. What self care action can I take today?
  5. What is one thing I need to do for my body and mind today?
  6. What is one thing I’m looking forward to in the next week?
  7. What is one thing I can change to improve my outlook in life?
  8. How am I going to be present today?
  9. What is going my way today?
  10. Who can I serve today to improve their life and mine?
  11. What is making me feel overwhelmed? Why? What can I do to change it?
  12. What is the best use of my time today?
  13. What can I do to challenge myself?
  14. What is on my vision board that I can focus on making a reality within the next 90 days?
  15. Who can I reach out to for help with anything I am currently working on or struggling with?
