How I Use Turmeric to Help Improve My Health

Do you use turmeric to improve your health? I’ve been using turmeric as a part of my health routine for a few years now and while turmeric has surged in popularity recently, I thought I would share a few thoughts about how I use turmeric to improve my health.

First, I suggest you learn about the differences between turmeric the herb in powder form and turmeric essential oil. Both forms of turmeric can be very powerful for your health, however, they both can provide different benefits for your health.

Second, I use both forms of turmeric. Usually I decide which one to use based on why I am using it, however, there can be some exceptions.

Third, I use turmeric powder when creating a turmeric golden milk, or when adding turmeric to my green smoothie.

Fourth- I use the turmeric essential oil when I need digestive support, or if I have muscle tension in my knees or back.

Fifth, I like to use turmeric essential oil right before going to bed as I’ve found it helps me relax better and sleep better. I put 2-3 drops in a veggie capsule and swallow it with a glass of water.

In any case, I’ve found turmeric to be so helpful as a part of my health routine that I won’t ever be without it.
