Have you ever considered adding essential oils for self love to your toolbox for self love and self care? Self love and self care is a must these days and essential oils for self love can work amazingly well. Keep reading while I share with you my 10 favorite essential oils for self love.

  1. Lavender- This is the queen of essential oils for self care, reducing stress and relaxing. I can’t even imagine my life anymore without lavender essential oil. I love to use it for sleep at night, with epsom salts in my bath and with lotions.
  2. Peppermint- This is another favorite I use just about every day. It works great for clearing my sinuses, helping with digestive issues, boosting my energy levels and more.
  3. Rose- This is one of the most expensive essential oils but also one of the most powerful for emotional healing and well being. It is said that just one drop of rose essential oil can have a positive impact on the emotional wellbeing of an entire room. This one is great diffused or diluted on the wrists, feet, or neck.
  4. Frankincense- Considered the king of essential oils, frankincense is great combined with peppermint for more energy, and there is a spiritual sense of frankincense. In fact it was one of the most frequently used essential oils in the bible.
  5. Wild Orange- My favorite citrus essential oil, I like to combine it with peppermint, or drink a glass of water with a drop or use it with body lotion or homemade shower wash and bath bombs.
  6. Passion Blend- This is a great blend with jasmine, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, clove and sandalwood. Designed to help increase the passion in your life, this is great in a bath, with bath salts and diffused.
  7. Jasmine- a great flower essential oil for a perfume or that time of the both.
  8. Balance Blend- a grounding blend that mixes well with passion or that is good for using along with grounding, or first thing in the morning to help ground yourself for the workday.
  9. Aroma Touch Blend- a great blend to help with muscle tension, to be used with massage and more. I love to rum this one on my knees when they start aching a little bit and before and after exercise.
  10. Copaiba-This essential oil is a canabanoid just like hemp and CBD and works great for many of the same reasons you would use CBD. However, it doesn’t have THC and has a light almost non-exitenistent smell. It can also work great to help with sleep when combined with lavender.

So if you aren’t already using these essential oils, what are you waiting for?
