- Take a relaxing bath- even better if you add in some epsom salts and essential oils.

4. Go for a walk or hike
5. Write in a journal
6. Listen to music
7. Take a nap
8. Cook a healthy meal
9. Get a massage- save money by going to a massage school and having a student give you your massage.
10. Practice deep breathing exercises
11. Go to therapy
12. Spend time in nature
13. Volunteer for a cause you care about
14. Take a dance class
15. Get a manicure or pedicure
16. Try a new hobby
17. Go to a museum or art gallery
18. Take a class or workshop. You don’t necessarily have to pay for it. You can find free classes at the library.
19. Visit a sauna or hot springs
20. Plan a vacation. Even if it’s going to be a year or more before you actually leave on the vacation.
