Did you know that GMOS are contributing to food allergies and food sensitivities? If not, then you need to read this post even more carefully. There are lots of problems in fact with GMO foods and while experts disagree in many areas of nutrition, you will have a very hard time finding anyone in the health field or nutrition field who thinks that GMO foods are good and healthy. The fact that they are causing increases in food allergies and food sensitivities is only one of these reasons. In fact, celiac disease, gluten intolerance and wheat allergies have increased over 400% in the past 10 years. If you think this is just a coincidence, then you need to do more research.

While there are many reasons why GMOS are contributing to food allergies and food sensitivities, the two biggest ones are:

1. GMOS are a modified food product that our bodies are not used to and as such we have a hard time processing them and digesting them.

2. GMOS are almost without exception manufactured by companies who spray their crops with large amounts of heavy pesticides. These chemicals add to the damage caused by GMOS and cause allergies and sensitivities.
