Self care books for women can be really helpful to help you improve your self care, improve your self love and more. Learn about ten of my favorite self care books for women and why I think you should read them.

  1. The Sugar Jar– This book talks about creating boundaries, embracing self healing and enjoying the sweet things in life. Each chapter has affirmations at the end and the entire book is based on the concept that you can create a sugar jar and put things in it to help create and keep a self care routine.

2. Your Time to Thrive– If I had to pick a favorite book on this list of women’s self care books this would be it. Written by Arianna Huffington, the founder of Thrive Global and the Huffington Post, she talks all about how to achieve your wellness goals and make self care a priority by embracing what she calls micro steps. Small every day achievable steps. In some ways this book is a cross between a self care book and the book Atomic Habits.

3. The Loving Diet– This book talks about how many women get autoimmune conditions because they don’t embrace enough self care and they don’t love themselves enough. Infused with paleo diet tips, this book is a must read if you have any kind of autoimmune condition.

4. Empowered Self Care– Need help changing your mindset? If you have an autoimmune condition or any kind of illness then you do. This book is a 21 day mindset program change with journaling exercise to help you achieve empowered self care and help on your healing journey.

5. The Art of Extreme Self Care– Learn about 12 ways to love yourself more and to embrace true healing with self care and self love. If you think you have been sacrificing your health and other aspects of your life to care for others, it’s time to change that and this book can help.

6. A Present for Your Future Self: Three Hundred Shortcuts– This is a self empowering book that offers three hundred illustrated ideas to help you improve yourself in all areas of your life: Your health, your career, your finances and much more. If you need help improving yourself through self care, then this book is for you.

7. Love Yourself Successful – This book is part self care for women, and part guide to start a business. Learn how to love yourself and in return learn how to create your ideal business that enables you to live your life to its fullest and to live your dreams.

8. Learn to Love Yourself– This book is for women who are struggling to embrace self care because they struggle with self love. Learn ideas on how to love yourself with confidence, meditation for self love and how loving yourself can help you love others.

9. I Love Myself So – This book written by my good friend and coach, talks about how to love yourself and in return create a life you love even if it’s not the life you thought you would have, or the life that others think you should have.
