Have you ever tried scrambled eggs and avocado? If not, you are missing out. This is a great and delicious combination of ingredients which makes a great healthy gluten free, dairy free, paleo and keto breakfast.

Here are a few ways to make sure that your scrambled eggs and avocado tastes great.

First start by spraying the pain with olive or avocado oil or melting some butter on the non-stick pan. 

Then I recommend cracking 2-3 eggs into the pan and adding a small amount of water. You want to be careful not to add too much water. I would say about 2-3 tablespoons to start with and keep a bit more ready in case you need it. 

Cook the eggs thoroughly. Then put them on a plate with the avocado. It works best with a few slices of avocado or one avocado mashed. You can also try it with guacamole but I personally prefer the avocado either plain or you can add some Trader Joes’ specialty seasoning. 

If you want you can enjoy it with some gluten free or sourdough bread or a tortilla.
