Are you wondering about what nutritional supplements for adrenal fatigue are good for you to take? or maybe even necessary?

This is a common question that anyone who has adrenal fatigue asks. It can be confusing figuring out which of all of the nutritional supplements for adrenal fatigue are the best. There are lots of supplements you can take. Some are great quality, and others not so much.

That said, here are some guidelines to help you choose the right nutritional supplements for adrenal fatigue.

What vitamins and minerals are you lacking? This is the first question you must get an answer to before you can choose the right supplements for your body. Finding this out requires either a blood test or some doctor’s offices offer body scans that can figure this out as well.

What is the quality of the specific supplements you are considering taking? Usually those you buy directly from a chiropractor, functional medicine doctor, or from a company that does a lot of research and isn’t Amazon, Target or Walmart are going to be the best.

Read the labels of your supplements for adrenal fatigue. Make sure there aren’t added sugars, dairy, gluten or ideally any grain products. You also want to check for natural flavors, and other preservatives.

Know that usually the cheapest is not the best. High quality nutritional supplements for adrenal fatigue will cost some money. While there is no pricing guidelines perse, I’ve found that around $40 for a month supply is usually about what you can expect to pay for anything that is high quality.

Research the company and or person who is selling them and or who created them. What is their story? Why did they create them? How are they different from everything else on the market?

You will also need to probably try at least two different supplements and maybe up to 5 or 6 before you find the right one for your body. If the first one you try works great for you, you are lucky.

Do you know what the adrenal fatigue symptoms are? If not, then how do you determine if you have adrenal fatigue?

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and are wondering if you have adrenal fatigue and if that could be the cause of your tiredness, then keep reading.

While adrenal fatigue symptoms can manifest in different ways in different people, here are the 10 most common ones. Most people usually have between 3-5 of these adrenal fatigue symptoms rather than all of them.

1 . You are tired all the time or most of the time even if you’ve had a good night’s sleep the night before. While many people with adrenal fatigue will struggle with sleep, if you are sleeping well but are still tired, then you probably have adrenal fatigue issues.

2. You have thyroid issues. Most people who have thyroid issues also have adrenal fatigue. Your thyroid and your adrenal gland are interconnected.

3. You have trouble losing weight. If you are eating healthy, exercising and doing everything else you should be in order to lose weight but you still can’t seem to drop the pounds, you probably have adrenal fatigue.

4. If you are stressed a lot. Stress makes adrenal fatigue worse and can in some cases even be the cause of adrenal fatigue.

5. If you have already been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. Chronic fatigue syndrome and adrenal fatigue go together a lot.

6. If you have or have had mono. Even though you may no longer have mono then you may very likely have adrenal fatigue especially if you are still tired a lot.

7. You have food sensitivities. The food you eat and the effect it has on you is directly related to Adrenal fatigue.

8. You are addicted to caffeine. Drinking caffeine can be okay from time to time but if you can’t go throughout your day without it then you probably have an adrenal gland issue.

9. You have sleep troubles. While there can be other reasons why you are having trouble sleeping, adrenal issues are at the top of the list.

10. You get exhausted after a hard core workout or after doing a lot of work. While some fatigue is normal after doing these activities, if you are really exhausted you may have adrenal issues.

Are you tired all the time? What if you could end fatigue for good and actually have enough energy to last you all day long every day? I’ve been there with being tired all the time. In fact, I used to go through times when I was so tired I just couldn’t move for hours on end and had to have an afternoon nap to even survive. Truthfully with my Hashimotos, I still sometimes struggle but it’s quite rare. I’ve figured out how to end fatigue 95% of the time and I want to help you do it too. Here are seven reasons why you are tired all the time and how to end fatigue for good:

  1. You aren’t getting enough high quality sleep. This one is probably the most obvious. However, you may even think you are sleeping well when you actually aren’t. While there are a variety of ways to get good sleep, I recommend two main ways. First, go to bed at night and wake up in the morning at a consistent time. Second, use essential oils to help you sleep. Yes really. I use the serenity blend capsules from Doterra and they work like magic for me. If you need more ideas read my blog post How to use a sleep journal, while it says children, it also works well for adults.
  2. Figure out why you are really tired. Do you have an auto-immune condition causing your fatigue? Do you have a supplement deficiency? or are there other health issues causing your fatigue? Then work to fix them and your energy levels will improve.
  3. Do you have a B12 or Iron deficiency? or possibly both? These are two of the most common vitamin deficiencies that can be causing fatigue. If so, then you need to increase your intake of these vitamins usually with a supplement in addition to eating more iron rich and b12 rich foods.
  4. Do you have adrenal fatigue? This is becoming much more common and especially in women. If you have thyroid issues, then you probably also have adrenal issues. Read my blog post on adrenal fatigue for some tips.
  5. Do you have hidden food allergies and or food intolerances? This is a big one that many people miss. The biggest clue that food is a problem for you is if you get tired within a few minutes of eating a certain food. The best solution to this is to eliminate these or to avoid these foods.
  6. Do you eat too much sugar? While yes sugar can give you an energy boost, it also is temporary and too much sugar can cause fatigue. Learn how to control your sugar intake to end fatigue.
  7. Do you have a caffeine or soda addiction? While caffeine can give you energy, it is also temporary and can make it so you are tired all the time without it. Learn to limit caffeine if not avoid it completely and you will have more energy.
