H.E. Kirschner calls nature’s 7 doctors: right diet, fresh air, pure water, sunshine, exercise, rest and of course spiritual peace.
If you are looking for someone who can guide you to implement dietary changes you’ve come to the right place. My mission is to help you stop riding the roller coaster of health and sickness and tiredness and to help you to find real solutions to a lifestyle of wellness. I can also support you in implementing diets and lifestyle changes as recommended by your doctor because let’s face it, we all know what we need to do but actually doing it can be another story entirely. My path to helping people live a lifestyle of wellness became clear at an early age although I didn’t realize it at the time.
Allergies, asthma and sensory disorders, as well as a high level of chemical sensitivity, have been a constant part of my life for as long as I can remember. I had seasonal allergies that well weren’t really seasonal since they lasted all year long. I have had multiple food sensitivities including severe gluten sensitivity (I’m probably celiac although I can’t eat enough gluten to get a formal test) as well as allergic to whey so I can’t have any milk or milk products. I also found out (January 2018) that I have Hashimoto’s an auto-immune disease of the thyroid. I’ve come a long way since then and even launched my podcast Autoimmune Rehab to help people recover from and thrive not just survive from autoimmune disorders.
I used to have to use asthma inhalers and couldn’t run because I would pass out from asthma. I was tired all the time and in constant pain in one form or another. I couldn’t even clean the toilet with traditional cleaners because I would get sick just from the smell of the cleaners. Forget painting either, that makes me sick as well. For a long time, I tried everything you could think of. If the allergy med exists, I’ve tried it. I also tried a long list of herbal remedies and while many of them worked to one degree or another most weren’t strong enough and I would still be sick more than I was well and in an average year I would get the flu or sinus infections at least five times.
Are your seasonal allergies really food allergies?
I was diagnosed on the autism spectrum at the age of 5 and my childhood was really rough. I’ve written about my journey in my new book.
Do your kids complain about your cooking? Do you struggle with picky eaters or kids that only want to eat the foods that aren’t good for them or that they have allergies or sensitivities to? Are you tired of wasting time and money grocery shopping?

I was also diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum at age five back when autism was so rare that doctors didn’t really know what to do. I went through a lot of challenges and struggles as a child and spent hours on a variety of therapies and going to doctors. Today I am a fully functional adult who works on my home based business and I work in sales for a tech company where I’m consistently a top performer. I’ve also worked several other jobs including being a librarian for nearly 7 years. I want to share my knowledge with you and anyone else you know who has health challenges and teach you how you can overcome them and live a productive and happy life.
