Q: Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No! Many of my clients are still figuring things out or are in the “undiagnosed but symptomatic” stage.

Q: Do you recommend supplements or labs?
Yes—if needed. I guide you in choosing what’s supportive, not overwhelming. I don’t do them personally so I will recommend you to someone who does. I also have a membership with my Essential Wellness Circle that requires you to purchase supplements but gets you access to a free membership group coaching program.

Q: Is this just about food?
Not at all. Food is just one part. We also focus on rest, mindset, detox, movement, and nervous system healing.
