What the Olympics Can Teach Us About Network Marketing Success Part 2

Do you have a vision for your network marketing business? Do you know exactly who you plan to help with your business and what you will do to make a large successful organization a reality for you? All Olympic athletes have an enormous drive and vision for their success. They see themselves receiving their medals before they actually get them. They picture in their minds eye, the moment when their perfect performance has been completed and they are standing on the medals plaza.

Taking time to plan and map out your vision for your network marketing business is crucial to your success. Write down your goals on a regular basis. Write down a team vision for your network marketing leaders and team and share it with your business partners. Realize that you will need to make adjustments to your goals and vision and that is perfectly okay. Olympic athletes have setbacks and everything does not always go perfectly according to plan. They get hurt, competitors perform better than they expected, competitors drop out, changes occur with coaches, routines and facilities and other things happen that influence their performances. However, the top athletes maintain their clear vision of winning the gold medal no matter what.

Just like they have a perfect vision, you too need to have one in order to achieve maximum success with your network marketing business.

It also helps to have a backup plan in case you have to change course. Such is the case with Valerie Flemming who has an injury which is going to keep her out of the Vancouver Olympics. However, she is still staying optimistic in case someone else drops out and she may be able to get back on the team.

Do you have a backup plan for your vision with your network marketing business? If not, you need to include this as a crucial part of your business. Life happens and you may have to make some major course corrections.
