10 Ways to Monetize Your MLM Leads
One of the key ways to successfully building a MLM business is to find ways to monetize your leads so that you make money even if they do not join you in your opportunity. Here are ten ways you can do it effectively.
1. Ask your leads to purchase your product. This may seem obvious, but too many people focus exclusively on recruiting and forget to ask their leads to be a customer as well.
2. Offer your leads the chance to buy an ebook or other information product. This works especially well if you are offering generic information to your list that attracts people who are already in a MLM opportunity and may not be looking for a new one right now.
3. Use a funded proposal such as Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard or any other one that you may find helpful and useful for you and your business.
4. Make sure that all of your MLM leads are on an email list so that you can continue to market to them, build relationships, offer value and eventually sell products to them.
5. Offer them discounts and sales on your products as well as any additional services that you may offer.
6. Ask them for referrals. This is another missed opportunity that many people do not profit from enough. This is especially important if they tell you know to your opportunity but even if they are interested, ask them who they know who might also be interested.
7. Make it easy for them to refer your website and products to others. Include online tools as well as text inviting them to do this. You will be surprised how many people will share you and your site when given the opportunity to do so.
8. If appropriate sell advertising in your ezine or on your blog. You need to be careful when doing this in order to avoid leakage and people patronizing your ads instead of you but if you do it correctly this can be another way to monetize your lead generation process.
9. Offer a paid tool that many of your prospects may want to purchase to help them with their businesses or with their lives even if they do not join you.
10. Use more than one method to contact your MLM leads. Use email, postal mail, the phone and social networks. The more methods you use, the greater the chance that you will eventually recruit them or sell a product to them.
