How to Use Essential Oils to Overcome The Effects of Gluten Intolerance

Do you suffer with gluten intolerance? Many people do. It can be really hard to deal with especially since
the only real way to avoid suffering from it is to avoid eating anything with gluten.

That said, I have found that essential oils can be used to help overcome the effects of gluten intolerance and to make it easier for you to eat gluten without a lot of pain and suffering or to help if you eat some gluten by mistake. That said, each person is different and I am not guaranteeing you that this will work for you, nor I am telling you that if your gluten allergies are severe that you should still eat all the gluten you want. I am just sharing with you what has worked for me personally with my gluten intolerance.

1. Use a blend of peppermint, lemon and lavender essential oil daily to help with seasonal discomforts, itchy eyes, a congested nose and to build up your immune system.

You can either mix them in water and drink it or you can use capsules.

2. Drink a glass of water with either peppermint or ginger before, after or during a meal when you are eating gluten.

3. Rub ginger, or wild orange oil on your stomach or chest if you start having heartburn or stomach problems.

Thank you for this…I have been using Digestzen twice a day to manage my gluten intolerance- it has really made a difference in both the stomach issues, fatigue and irritability that I experience with gluten. I will add the other oils you mentioned too. It is such a help for those times when I accidentally have gluten or when I just want to eat what the family is eating.
