Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds and Flax Seeds- What are the differences between them? Why should you use them? Well in short, they are all healthy, they can all help you release weight by keeping you full faster and they all provide extra fiber and can improve your health. That said, there are various ways that you can use them all.
So let’s get started with chia seeds.
Chia seeds are my personal favorite of these three. I love to add them to green smoothies, and to make a chia seed pudding by soaking chia seeds with coconut milk and then adding a few drops of flavored stevia.

Now, let’s talk about hemp seeds.
Hemp seeds are great for salads, adding to yogurt and pudding as well as for reducing fat in baked goods.

Flax seeds are high fiber and also can help with hormonal imbalances especially in women. Flax seeds also work great for reducing eggs, butter and oils in baked goods.
