As I’ve been on my journey the past year and half in learning about essential oils and how to use them for healing and wellness as well as for aromatherapy, I’ve been reading a lot of books and listening to a lot of training. Some books are better than others and Aromatherapy: A Complete Guide to the Healing Art
is one of the best books on aromatherapy I’ve read. This book contains a lot of recipes just like in other books on aromatherapy but it also has sections on medical aromatherapy, fatigue, memory, dangerous oils, anxiety and fear, sexuality, depression and more. There are also sections on using essential oils for bath and skin care and for using in the kitchen. Overall this is a comprehensive and very good book on aromatherapy and using essential oils.
