Do you drink green smoothies? I drink them almost every morning. I’ve found them to be very helpful in my journey to manage and control my massive allergies and overall health.

1. Most of us myself included do not eat enough fruits and vegetables and green smoothies are a great way to get those more fruits and vegetables that we need.

2. They are quick, easy and convenient. Yes, really, they are. I will teach you what I have learned on how to make sure that they are in future blog posts and videos.

3. They taste good. Well, I’ve made some green smoothies that didn’t, but again I will teach you how to make ones that do taste good.

4. Green smoothies are a great alternative to the juicing craze that you’ve probably heard about. While I think juicing is good, green smoothies are better in my opinion because you actually drink everything including the stems, seeds etc.

5. There are a lot of super powders and seeds such as chia, coca, hemp and more that taste great and can easily be added to green smoothies.

6. Green smoothies can help you get sick less often.

7. Green smoothies can help people with chronic illnesses to have more energy and less pain.

8. Green smoothies can provide an alternative to drugs for healing.

9. Eating cooked food all the time is not good for you and green smoothies are a great way to get your dosage of raw food.

10. Green smoothies can help with allergies and asthma. They have been huge for me.
